Same-day dispatch: order before 4pm and we'll dispatch your order on the same day, 7 days a week!

- Fully tracked from door to door.
- Shipped by Royal Mail or Hermes.
- Order by 4pm for next day delivery, Monday-Friday.
- 1-hour timeslot for delivery.
- Fully tracked from door to door.
- Order by 4pm on Fridays.
- Shipped via DPD Saturday Delivery.
- Fully tracked with 1-hour timeslot.
- Order by 4pm on Saturdays.
- Shipped via DPD Sunday Delivery.
- Fully tracked with 1-hour timeslot.
- Collection from our Warehouse in Bideford, Devon (EX39 3DX).
- Order ready to collect within the hour.
- Warehouse open 7am - 6pm, 7 days a week.
When your order is dispatched by our warehouse, you will receive an email notifying you of dispatch with your tracking number.
(Please note: a tracking update may not be available until the evening of dispatch when your parcel is scanned into the delivery facility)
All orders placed before 4pm will be dispatched on the same day, 7 days a week!
If you have selected Saturday or Sunday delivery then delivery will be made on the chosen day.
UK Standard Delivery and Next Day Delivery will only be made Monday to Friday.
Don't worry, there's probably just a slight delay with your delivery. Please check your tracking number to see if there has been any update to your delivery schedule.
